Art Rooney delivered closing thoughts on the 2023 season

The Steelers need to make changes to be successful in 2024. Art Rooney II spoke to the media Monday and was pretty honest. He doesn't want to give much away but was adamant things need to change with a lack of playoff success. Art still believes in Mike Tomlin.
