Art Rooney II comments, pressure on Pickett to perform, why isn't Cutch considered a Hall of Famer?

Hour 1 with Dorin Dickerson, Jeff Hathhorn, and Pat Bostick: The Steelers need to make changes to be successful in 2024. Art Rooney II spoke to the media Monday and was pretty honest. He doesn't want to give much away but was adamant things need to change with a lack of playoff success. Art still believes in Mike Tomlin. What do we make of the state of the Steelers and if they can compete with the Chiefs, Bills, and other teams with great quarterbacks? Kenny Pickett doesn't have the intangibles to be as good as Josh Allen, Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson and others. Calling out protection at the line is also a factor Pickett needs to improve on. Some plays under Matt Canada didn't make sense, especially the timeliness of the plays. Arthur Smith seems like the hot name to be the next offensive coordinator. He had the Titans offense playing well with Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill. The offense was poor the past few years in Atlanta. Jeff thinks if Arthur Smith is hired, the Steelers need to find a great young QB coach. Why isn't Andrew McCutchen considered a prime candidate for the Hall of Fame? We compare Cutch's resume to first-ballot Hall of Famer Joe Mauer. Mauer has more accolades and awards at an offensively-challenged position at catcher compared to center field. Only six center fielders in the Hall of Fame have hit over 300 home runs. McCutchen would be the 7th center fielder when he hits his 300th this season.
