The Pirates signed reliever Aroldis Chapman to a one-year contract. He signed with the Pirates with the belief the team can win and be competitive. We think they will show an improvement and be a team fighting for a Wild Card, at least that should be the expectation now. They need to improve by 8-10 games to make the last spot.
