Coaching hot seat?! Should Tomlin be too?

Bill Belichick is reportedly on the hot seat. If people SUGGEST Mike Tomlin should be, national media members go crazy. Why is this? The goal and expectation should be to win Super Bowls. Tomlin brings consistency and the Steelers are comfortable and loyal to their own.
