Did Mike Tomlin call out a player during his press conference?

The Steelers don't have anyone behind George Pickens and Diontae Johnson to have suspended one of them. There wasn't much of a punishment. Tomlin called out  a wide receiver in his press conference. Dorin said that everyday won't go great, but you can't wear that on your shoulder.
