Don't praise Tomlin for making the playoffs with a backup QB....Cleveland did too

Kevin Stefanski and the Browns went to the playoffs with Joe Flacco and used three quarterbacks but Mike Tomlin is being praised by Twitter accounts saying he did a great job! Other coaches made it to the playoffs with backups and have in the past. What did Najee Harris mean about in house rules and the Steelers needing more rules? It seemed he was referring to the structure he had at Alabama. He said he wasn't criticizing the coaches, but criticized the coaches. Make everything intentional.
