Is Philadelphia a better sports city than Pittsburgh?

Philadelphia has been seemingly passionate with many of their sports teams performing well recently. But as you may know, it wasn't always that way when the teams were struggling. Overall, are the fans there better than the sports fans in Pittsburgh?
