It says a lot about the Steelers that their coaching tree is not very long!

While some other NFL teams have had their former coaches hired with ease, coaches that have the Steelers on the resume do not seem to get hired elsewhere very often anymore. Does this actually say a lot about the Steelers and the league perceives that they operate?
