Jeff Hathhorn, Watt injury, Penguins biggest issues

The Fan Morning Show - A podcast by Audacy - Fridays

Hour 2 with Dorin Dickerson and Adam Crowley: Sports Director Jeff Hathhorn joined the show. Mike Tomlin somewhat commented on some of the reactions and attitudes on the team this season at his press conference. Jeff thinks there might be some soul searching. Ryan Clark said there are zero players who believe in the Steeler way. Jeff doesn't think it's zero and says a few guys who believe in the Steeler way like Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, Minkah Fitzpatrick. Jeff doesn't think Tomlin has lost the team. They don't have enough talent on offense. T.J. Watt wore a different visor after being dinged up during the Patriots game, Tomlin said he didn't realize the visor change. Crowley and Dorin buy what he's selling, but why did no one further hold back Watt? The symptoms might have come the next day, but he was probably affected since he wore the visor. Will Levis led the Titans to defeat the Dolphins and threw for 300 yards. Tommy Devito threw for 150 but the Giants ran the ball very well. Outside the power play, what is the Penguins biggest issue? Crowley thinks it starts and ends with the power play and would be on track to be a playoff team if they play well. Crowley thinks Mike Sullivan needs to go. Pens host the Arizona Coyotes tonight. Audacy NFL insider Jason La Canfora called out Crowley to do research on Mike Tomlin over the last six years compared to other coaches and organizations. Josh Rowntree did the math, it doesn't favor Tomlin.
