Kenny Pickett had a say in where he was traded, life without Pickett, Fields outlook

Hour 1 with Dorin Dickerson and Adam Crowley: Crowley has been told the Steelers had a similar offer for Kenny Pickett from the Saints. The Steelers gave Pickett his choice of where to go. Are the Steelers more to blame or Kenny for the failed tenure? Pickett was mishandled with how he originally was put in the game as a rookie, had Trubisky as the starting QB, brought Canada back at OC, and everything that came after that. Pickett also seemed immature about the Russell Wilson signing and the Seattle story wasn't good.  People are slamming Kenny Pickett for wanting a fresh start and wanting out of Pittsburgh with a 'transfer portal' mentality. You also had to move on from Pickett because Russell Wilson could have been feeling heat at some point with outside noise on Kenny. Could the Steelers use Justin Fields in a Taysom Hill situation? Dorin: No. Sort and simple. You don't want to or need to invite a special package to disrupt the offense with Wilson. Crowley wants to see it and know what you have with Fields.
