Kenny Pickett is unexplainable in the 4th quarter

The Steelers got the job done against Tennessee on Thursday Night Football 20-16. One quarterback made plays to win it in the end (Kenny Pickett) while the other didn't (Will Levis). Pickett once again played well in the 4th quarter after a shaky performance in the first three. What do we make of Pickett's game on Thursday?
