Pirates sign Martin Perez, likely to bring McCutchen back this week

The Pirates signed Martin Perez to a one-year deal worth $8 million. Perez won the World Series with Texas and was an All Star in 2022. The Pirates are also interested in Sean Manaea. Starting pitching is clearly a need for the Bucs and still need more to pair with Keller and Paul Skenes a few months into the season.
