Rooney will let Mike Tomlin handle in-house rules

The Steelers' in house rules will be handled by Mike Tomlin, not Art Rooney. This isn't college either. These guys are professionals. Some guys do need guidance more than others. Najee Harris brought the situation to the public and shared the team's shortcomings. There seems to be a lot of fingerprinting. This was after the Buffalo game with disappointment the season was over. Jeff doesn't think Najee meant harm by it and wants to put it in the public to plead for change.
