Should the Pirates extend Jack Suwinski?

Mitch Keller may have struggled during the middle to end of the season because of the amount of innings he threw. Keller hadn't thrown near 200 innings before in his career. It brings great value. Crowley wants to see Skenes locked up first, but thinks Jack Suwinski might be the next guy.
