Should the Steelers explore a reunion in the secondary?

The Eagles traded for Pro Bowl safety Kevin Byard. Terrell Edmunds went back to the Titans. Should the Steelers trade for Edmunds and have him back with Minkah? Fitzpatrick hasn't forced a turnover this year and is compensating for other players who are struggling in the secondary.
