Should the Steelers pick a quarterback if Pickett continues to struggle?

Has any OC been shown on TV more than Matt Canada? Crowley is not considering picking a quarterback this year despite what Pickett does. He wants to see the Steelers bring a fired head coach or someone familiar with Pickett to work on the staff and call plays. Dorin wants to see something fresh and how plays are run.
