Sports Director Jeff Hathhorn joined the show. What did the Steelers tell Kenny Pickett? They're typically not public with handing out jobs, but the Steelers saaid Pickett was the guy... then signed Russell Wilson and worked on a deal for Justin Fields. It was time for a divorce and both sides are to blame for it. The Steelers have admitted to making mistakes and have a different mentality with Omar Khan. Jeff thinks it will work out at quarterback this season and Russell Wilson and Justin Fields are better than they performed. He believes they would have been a Sweet 16 team. Jeff Capel decided it wasn't worth it to play in the NIT.
