Sports Director Jeff Hathhorn

Sports Director Jeff Hathhorn joined the show. Mike Tomlin somewhat commented on some of the reactions and attitudes on the team this season at his press conference. Jeff thinks there might be some soul searching. Ryan Clark said there are zero players who believe in the Steeler way. Jeff doesn't think it's zero and says a few guys who believe in the Steeler way like Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith, Minkah Fitzpatrick. Jeff doesn't think Tomlin has lost the team. They don't have enough talent on offense.
