T.J. Watt should have won Defensive Player of the Year, NFL Honors reaction

The Fan Morning Show - A podcast by Audacy - Fridays

Hour 1 with Dorin Dickerson and Adam Crowley: T.J. Watt got robbed of Defensive Player of the Year. We feel like Myles Garrett had this award locked up with five games left in the season for many voters. T.J. Watt beat him in almost every statistical category, especially sacks. The Steelers are 1-11 without Watt. How does it make sense? Cam Heyward was named Walter Payton Man of the Year at the NFL Honors. Cam means so much to Pittsburgh and his connection with people is extraordinary. Iron Head Heyward played at Pitt and set the groundwork for Cam in Pittsburgh. Cam is one of the best, and most genuine Super Bowl Sunday between the Chiefs and 49ers Sunday. The Steelers could be projected to finish 4th in the division and if the Steelers make the playoffs, it's going to be a wild card spot. Joe Flacco won NFL Comeback Player of the Year. Damar Hamlin was revived on the field in Cincinnati and it's surprising he didn't win. He didn't NEED this award to know he is making a difference. Najee Harris won the Angry Runs award for the toughest run and greatest stiff arm of the season against Seattle. What do we expect from Najee moving forward? We would pick up the 5th year option for Najee.
