What happened with Kenny Pickett?

Something clearly happened with Kenny Pickett and not wanting to dress against Seattle. Too many people have reported it for it to not be true. If it's not true, how mad will Pickett be speaking to the media? It doesn't feel like Pickett's nature but he wasn't even the emergency QB.
