What should the Pirates do at the Winter Meetings?

The MLB Winter Meetings are underway. Will the Pirates make any moves? Ben Cherington and Derek Shelton mentioned the outfield and starting pitching as areas of need. The rotation needs to add so many pieces. We have mixed feelings on the Pirates.
