What to do with George Pickens

The Steelers continue to promote guys internally and have become like the Marvin Lewis Bengals. Calls on Steelers leadership. A caller states how the Steelers have convinced themselves their way is the best way and outside noise isn't right. They think they know better. You can't just put your arm around George Pickens in Crowley's mind. A player like Ben Roethlisberger would be able to do that offense because he's a Hall of Famer who's seen it all. The Steelers don't have that. If Pickett does this, Pickens probably doesn't think Kenny has the stature to be a leader while skipping passes to him.
