What're the Cleveland Browns going to do?

While the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals all seemed to make quality picks in the first round of the NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns STILL don't have first round picks because of the deal they made for QB Deshaun Watson. How soon before they majorly feel the effects of that trade?
