What's going on with Kenny Pickett?

Mark Kaboly sounded like he wanted to tell us something, but needs more information to confirm what he was about to say. Does Pickett have a bad mentality and didn't want to back up Rudolph? Mark made it seem like it wasn't Mike Tomlin's decision for Pickett not to play Sunday. We wonder if it has something to do with character with speculation.
