Why isn't Broderick Jones the full-time starter? + Steelers getting healthy

The Fan Morning Show - A podcast by Audacy - Fridays

Hour 1: Dan Moore Jr. said he's going to play this week. Why? Broderick Jones' confidence seems to be high and he's played well in two games. Moore played better the last few years compared to this season. If not now, when are we going to see Broderick Jones??? When will Joey Porter Jr. start?? Someone has to guard Cooper Kupp this week...  Isn't Broderick Jones supposed to be on this team to help move people off the line? He did that against the Ravens. It doesn't make sense why the Steelers would take out Jones. Moore Jr. shouldn't lose his job due to an injury, but due to a lack of production. How big of an impact will Diontae Johnson have coming back from injury? Pat Freiermuth should also be back. Opponents shouldn't be stacking the box with everyone healthy and a threat downfield.  If Pitt goes to a bowl game after starting 1-4, is this a successful season? If you look from week 1 obviously not, but after the bye week with hindsight 20/20, it would be a decently successful year for Dorin. We ask what Pitt is playing for at this rate. Dorin thinks they're playing for the future and Christian Veilleux stepping in at quarterback. Pitt needs to find out if he can be the guy. The IOC has approved flag football in the 2028 LA Olympics. Should Dorin give it a go and suit up for the Olympics? Crowley thinks the NFL should grab its best alumni and play.
