What is 'Thrive In 5' all about?! Thrive in 5 is a 5 pillar, 5 month coaching programme that will cover all of the key areas you need to get to a place where you can truly thrive. Each month we will focus on a specific health pillar. These are: 👉🏻 Body image 👉🏻 Improving your relationship with food 👉🏻 Physical & hormonal health 👉🏻 Dealing with loss of identity 👉🏻 Social/ environmental health As you move through the course in your own members space, you’ll receive educational webinars alongside resources & exercises to complete for each topic to support your development in each phase. You’ll also receive a general training program to use as a guide for yourself for your clients as you move through the pillars. At the end of each month, you’ll have a monthly touch base with one of us directly where we can discuss your progress, challenges, any questions you have, and bring any concerns or barriers to the surface to work through. If you’re a coach, you’re welcome to bring client case studies to your touch base for extra support! Thrive in 5 is designed to cover the key areas to set you up for success. You don’t need to go through this journey alone. The programme starts on Jan 16th, and our first intake starts NOW Spaces are limited as we can only handle a certain number of monthly check ins between us alongside making sure the education side of the course is our best work, and that the course runs smoothly.
