We talk all about Amy’s journey through competing in bodybuilding and transition away from the sport. We discuss the health consequences she personally experienced such as amenorrhea, and how she went about restoring menstrual cycle function after moving away from pushing her body to the extreme. For her this involved going ‘all in’ and engaging in more restorative forms of exercise. We also discuss whether moving away from competing had an impact on her business and/or coaching abilities, where she’s at now, and what her life looks like both personally and professionally.
