This interview is a little different because Meredith is not actually the founder but she has moved up into an important role; and has been instrumental in growing the company from a small one to the larger one that it is today. I am so excited to have her on to discuss her experience with building out a team, which is something that is always so helpful to hear other peoples' experience with.
