Ask Todd 10-13-21

On this week's edition of "Ask Todd", Todd Lutsky discussed the possibility of an increase in estate tax rates as well as how current legislative proposals could bring about certain changes. Todd also predicted that there would not be major changes to estate taxes at the state level. In addition to taking calls from listeners, Todd previewed Cushing & Dolan's guide for October titled, "Balancing Estate Tax Reductions with Asset Protection Planning".
