On "Ask Todd" today, Todd Lutsky of Cushing & Dolan explained what someone usually takes into consideration when beginning to form a trust plan. Todd talked about how there are many factors to consider when choosing between a revocable and irrevocable trust and what variables make one better than the other depending on the situation.
