(1:32) - Stocks are rallying following a mixed close on Thursday and lower futures Friday morning. The guys discuss why there has been so much overreaction to the down days in markets, and which investor concerns are overblown.(12:24) - China has passed a data privacy law that supposedly protects citizens from corporations tracking and using their data. However, the Chinese government itself still has access to consumer data.(25:28) - Labor Secretary Marty Walsh revealed that jobless aid may be extended as a safety net in states that are seeing widespread COVID-19 infections. Some states like Florida, however, may be resistant to these policies as well as to certain restrictions.(36:17) - The FTC has hit Facebook with a new antitrust lawsuit just two months after the most recent suit was thrown out. The FTC's last case didn't have sufficient evidence to move forward with the lawsuit.
