10.9.17 – Huuhkajat victories, Veikkausliiga & Another Manager Leaves SJK

Episode 16.  We’ve been a bit quiet recently, so episode 16 is a ‘Summer 2017 Catch-up’ and it’s a long one. Our Veikkausliiga update covers HJKs procession to the title and (probably) antics from Shefki Kuqi at Inter Turku.  We mark the passing of Palloliitto Chairman, Pertti Ajala. While on the pitch, the Huuhkajat team win two successive away games, both 1-0 against Iceland and Kosovo. Although the U19 team had a MUCH tougher time in the 2018 U19 practice tournament. Finally, we turn to SJK Seinäjoki (again) for a managerial change (again!) With Jose Manuel Roca being shown the door, SJK are now onto 4th manager in one season.
