Uber and out: Is your cheap cab about to disappear?

The gig economy has transformed the lives of millions. Whether it's Uber or Deliveroo - the rise of smartphones and apps has provided a new way to earn money. But there is a question lingering over the gig economy: are the apps companies employers?
