Goal setting like a pro with Mark Pilgrim

In recent years, civilians have been able to taste one of the Selection Tests that UK Special Forces recruits undertake. They can take on The Original 24Km SAS Selection Challenge in the form of The Fan Dance Race. This infamous march is the world’s oldest Special Forces test.  More than 6,500 civilians have attempted what is arguably the toughest loaded adventure race in the World. Today I talk to my big brother Mark Pilgrim, a retired business leader who, at the age of 53 first attempted the Fan Dance and 3 years later is 8-time Champion in the AEE Fan Dance Race Series.  We talk about goal setting, training, mental toughness, and the secrets to avoiding injury.
