Delivering Happiness: A Tribute to Tony Hsieh

In today’s episode of ‘Power Up Thursdays’ Adam Strong dedicates a special episode to the former CEO of 'Zappos' Tony Hsieh.  Tony Hsieh graduated from Harvard university in computer science and jumped on the dot com craze in which he created a company called link exchange. They did internet advertising in which Microsoft bought for $265 million in 1999. As a millionaire at the age of 24 he invested in a startup company which soon became ‘Zappos’ the online shoe retailer.  Tony’s philosophy was to build a company that delivered WOW customer service and happiness.
