After reading books, learning about, and studying habits, I learned that a habit is comprised of 3 things. 1. A trigger. 2. An action. 3. A reward. When trying to create a new habit, you can't just try to get RID of an old habit, you have to REPLACE it with a new one. I break it all down in this episode and give you some real-life examples.
