082 - “Quitting Your Job Through HMO Investment” with Caroline Tolman
The Game Of Loans Podcast - A podcast by Sam Norris - Thursdays

Categories:
On today’s episode we’ve got a masterclass in how to use HMO portfolio building to sack your boss! Caroline began her property investing journey back in June 2017. Initially her and her husband’s plan was to purchase a property down South, hold it for a couple of decades until they were ripe for retirement, sell it and then retire on the capital pot they had ‘hopefully’ created. Well, how wrong they were!! A 2-hour presentation turned everything they thought was possible on its head and they haven’t looked back since. In just over a year, she was able to leave her part time sales manager role and concentrate most of her efforts on growing her and her husband Mike’s portfolio. She focuses mainly on BTL & HMO strategies, and she is in the process of securing her first commercial conversion. For anyone wanting to fast track themselves into going full time in property, this is the episode for you!
