One word...wooooowwww! The guys were joined this week for our 200th episode by true influencers. OG Ben Shinabery, PLS, the Land Survey Director at Qk4, Tim Brouillette, EE, and John Dallmann, the Chief Executive Officer at Engineering Ministries International (EMI) took time out of their busy schedules to talk intimately about their recent trip to Zambia and all things EMI. EMI focuses on integrating global teams for their projects relying on local professionals in country and volunteer professionals from around the world. The value of each team is realized through the donation of time and experience in professional services for those in need who would otherwise not have the expertise or survey, planning and engineering resources (Adding Value). Team members receive new perspectives on culture, methods, materials, process and team dynamics as well as the experience of making a difference in the lives of people around the world (Making Friends).
