Overpromise and Overdeliver

We are going to be talking today about over promising and over-delivering. Say what? You're like, "Lauren, don't you mean under promise?" No, I mean overpromise and over-deliver. Today we are talking about online offers, online products, online services, and how to talk about them, how to market them, how to get your message out to the world. So, first of all, let's recognize that you are going to be naturally over- delivering. Most of you are going to want to wow your clients. You're going to go above and beyond to do whatever is required to get them the results that they are looking for. Now, the part that we don't tend to do is overpromise.
