My name is Kimberly Olson, and today I have special guest, Ginny Estrada. Did I say your last name, right? Ginny Estrada: Yes. That's exactly right. Kimberly Olson: I should know this by now. All right, Ginny, you're my girl, so I just call you Ginny. And you're one of the students in Six Figure Breakthrough, is how I met you. But quickly was like, Oh my gosh, girl, like, I'm so glad that you came into my world because I love how you mom, I love how you're a mompreneur. I love how you lead people and I love your desire to improve. It's just amazing- such a gift to work with you. So why don't you bring listeners up to speed so they can get to know you. Can you tell a little bit about yourself, how you got into entrepreneurship and what today looks like for you? Ginny Estrada: Oh my gosh. You're so sweet. I mean, I felt the same way when I stumbled upon you. So it's an honor to be here. Quick, a little bit about me. I am a stay-at-home mom. I have four young kids, they are 10 all the way down to three. And so, you know, I am home with them full time. I walked away from a full-time teaching career to stay home after I had my first. And, you know, I always kind of thought I would go back into teaching, but I don't know, just those heartstrings, like are so strong once your baby's here. So, you know, we just committed to living on a budget for quite a while and that was really hard. And I had an opportunity to partner with a company and, you know, honestly at the time I wasn't looking to really be an entrepreneur or do anything really along those lines. But it allowed me to transition some things in my home to healthier products and my business kind of just took off from there. And after that, it opened my eyes tremendously to just the opportunity that entrepreneurs have, you know, versus being in a career as a mom. So it's been amazing. Kimberly Olson: Yeah, I think you're like one of those people that kind of stumbled into it, you know. I feel like it sometimes just falls into your lap and you hear about these people that, cause there's so many people come into it to be an entrepreneur and they come into it and they're like, "okay, I want to quit my job. And I want to go start this company, or business, or online thing". And you were kind of the opposite. You were like, "Oh, sure". So did you start off as a customer and then decided to sell it? Ginny Estrada: No, really like the company that I originally start with, I'm not with them anymore, but the first company that kind of brought me into this whole realm kind of opened my eyes to some changes that I needed to make in my home, but it really wasn't in our budget.  And at the time with that company, you could join and they weren't going to charge your credit card for three months. Basically you had some goals to hit. And I was like, "Hey, I can do that". Like I don't have the money up front, but I can bust my tail. And that was kind of, my plan was to not have to pay for my kit.  --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thegoaldiggergirl/support
