I'm excited to share with you part two of the Slay Her Way conversation with myself and my business besties. If you didn't catch it, go listen to the other episode first. If you want to get that part of it, and then come on back here so we can listen in on what it means to really show up online genuinely. How do you use your voice? Like how do you get over that fear of who you are and really connect with your audience? That's what we're going to talk about, and more, during this conversation. Listen in! Kimberly Olson: I'm going to answer Alex's question, then Chaitali, I'll turn it over to you. So she, and a lot of you, I've heard this from a lot of our students in Six Figure Breakthrough Business Academy, so I think a lot of you can identify with this. And I think we all went through this because we were definitely going down a different path with how we were showing up on social media than our uplines. So her team, "my team builds by puking the product all over social media" and it's expected from her. Okay. That's key. What's the best way to handle this? You're definitely not alone. So when something's expected of you, then you have just become a glorified sales rep. You're pretty much an independent contractor, like an employee. You're an entrepreneur, you are an entrepreneur. Kimberly Olson: And as soon as you registered your account with that company you get to choose, of course complying with policies and procedures, but you give yourself permission to say, "I appreciate that. I'm going to be respectful of them, but I'm going to respectfully decline", and give them that feedback. "I'm learning a way that feels really good to me and I have to do what's best for myself and my mental health in my business. I just need you to trust me. I'll absolutely be respectful. I'm not going to ever say anything negative with how you're building." And then you just respectfully decline and let them know, "you know what? I have to build this business in a way that feels really good to me". And when you do that, how can anyone argue with that? And if they do, just send them the replay of this webinar, okay? Chaitali, did you have that where you were posting a lot and then you kind of shifted? Or what was it like for you? --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/thegoaldiggergirl/support
