We’re back and we’re trying to work out how to cook this shantak egg we bought. Boiling it seemed practical until we realised we’d need a pot as large as a house. Frying poses similar problems unless we can work out how to convert a radio telescope dish into a wok. Scrambling seems like the best option as we can do that in batches.
