S9 Ep8: What Does Mount Everest Sound Like?

Damian Browne is a former professional rugby player and adventurer from Galway. Damian has rowed across the Atlantic Ocean and completed many more challenges. This year, climbing Mount Everest was top of his list. A couple of months ago, I started to follow his journey and listen to his podcast, Deep Roots, which he was recording from the mountain. I was so intrigued by his journey and loved listening to him speak about the challenge, his fears and how he felt every day (it sounded like a rollercoaster of emotions).
