When Elissa was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2021, she felt was given a choice: she could let the cancer beat her, or she could redefine what cancer looks like and truly LIVE.Before her diagnosis, she had all the trappings of success: A beautiful daughter and an amazing husband. A home in one of the most famous cities in the world. She had been a collegiate athlete and a record breaking sales professional - she hit the Top 10% of ADP Sales Representatives throughout the country, achieved President’s Club and promotional benchmarks at a record pace and was a Top Performing Advisor at various financial firms.But when cancer came knocking, she was faced with the opportunity to challenge the societal definition and turn it into something much more personal.
