Will helps leaders and their organisations thrive through the power of Purpose. He’s a consultant, coach and speaker. Will started his career at Mars Inc, where he performed a variety of marketing roles across Europe. In 1999 he joined web-publishing pioneer Moonfruit as Marketing Director. After a period spent consulting, in 2008 Will joined Unilever as VP Marketing Strategy.
