He has a broad & international portfolio of clients including Google/Youtube, Mastercard Foundation, and Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, among others. He is an assistant professor with the department of clinical health psychology at the University of Manitoba and has held three visiting professor positions at Zanzibar University, the State University of Zanzibar and the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences.He is the author of an upcoming book, Developing Anti-Racist Cultural Competence, due out in early 2024, TEDx speaker on “Resolving Unconscious Bias,” and the founder of testbias.com and livingwithracism.com. He was awarded the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Consulting Award by Society of Consulting Psychology.
