Affirmations for Grace

Ladies — we are so damn hard on ourselves. I've had this conversation with so many of my clients recently, so I wanted to bring it to you to be more gentle, more loving, and more gracious to yourself. I think the downside of being ambitious women is that we see where we are falling short and where we have yet to go. That makes us great visionaries, but it can also make us really self-critical.
