Fed President Admits ”Our Credibility is On the Line”

The President of the St. Louis Fed James Bullard is publicly voicing his concerns about moving too slowly against inflation. Given the severity and the persistence of inflation lately, Bullard says the Fed needs to be at 1% by July. Despite Bullard's opinions, the Fed must be more careful with their approach to inflation because they fear deflation much more.
