How To STOP Loosing Staff...

As we all know too well, finding great team members, training them and hanging on to them, is one of the greatest challenges of being a business owner. Believe me, I've been there! We spend months and sometimes years investing in our team just to see them leave and take all the knowledge and skill you've given them, to a competitor salon down the road. This is nothing new, it happens in every industry not just ours. But how often do we stop to ask ourselves, is there something I could do to stop this? Is there an answer to making stylists want to stay with me FOREVER and have other stylists begging to work for me? This might be a (slight) exaggeration. But there is away that you can offer your team something very special. Something that no other salon in your area is offering and it doesn't involve giving away "the farm!" It's time to get creative!
