What Is The Future Of The Salon Guest Experience?

What are today's guests looking for in a salon experience? We have all been through so many changes and limitations to the way we operate day to day in the salon. But I think we all need to realise that these changes are her to stay for the foreseeable future.   So we have two choices; either to sit and wait for things to get back to “normal”, and probably lose a shed load of money in the process. Or ask ourselves, where is the opportunity right now and how can I continue to grow my salon?   In my salon we had quarterly team meetings. This was the opportunity for the entire team to come together and “brain-storm” ideas for the following quarter.   These meetings always started with 2 questions:1. What do guests want?
